IEEE BLP courses are designed to support capacity building program. The IEEE BLP has been adopted by the Government of India for one of the capacity building programs that mandates training of 15,000 youths (graduating students and unemployed) to help them become industry ready. This initiative is under affirmative action program to ensure equal employment opportunity.
